Join us for an afternoon of mindful movement, sound, deep relaxation, nourishing food, soul alignment and conscious connection.
This day retreat invites you to gently reconnect with your body through movement-based practices. Led by Emma the activity is designed to release tension, restore flow, and bring you back to center.
Enjoy delicious, plant-based nourishment with wholesome vegan meals and organic juices to support your vitality and wellbeing throughout the day.

Holistic skincare advice with Claudine who offers optional Indian head & hand massage.
After lunch you will receive energetic clearing with Egyptian incense followed by a calming & heart-opening cacao ceremony to help awaken your inner wisdom while reconnecting with the highest version of yourself. Through this sacred ritual, we’ll open the heart space with intention, cultivating emotional clarity, self-love, and spiritual connection.
To close the day, immerse yourself in a one-hour sound journey with meditation and breath work to enhance the experience of healing frequencies, designed to help you integrate the day’s energy, restore inner harmony and leave you grounded, peaceful, and renewed.

There will be a 30 minute juice break then Etheric Sound will guide a 1 hour and 15-minute sound bath, calming energy with relax and release. The experience is designed to rejuvenate both body and mind.

ETHERIC SOUND @ IN-TUNE FESTIVAL + A FREE CHILDREN’S SOUND BATH

Join us for a rejuvenating experience at Ealing Common where we will harmonize body, mind and soul through the power of sound and movement. In-tune festival is free and family friendly with many activities and workshops happening throughout the day.
The sound bath will take place in an outdoor setting at the free festival allowing you to connect with nature while immersing yourself in the healing vibrations of sound therapy and yoga.
(The session will begin with a short meditation and a light breathwork activity).
The choice to participate in the yoga session before the sound bath is totally up to you. Please bring a mat, cusion and eye cover to the sound bath session.
(£15 festival offer price. This ticket will allow access to the sound bath session).
There will also be a free children’s sound bath at 10.30am on site.
