Sound Healing And Energy Work

Claire’s journey into sound healing began with a curiosity about people, places and the unknown. At 18, she set off alone through India with nothing but a backpack. Exploring was a passion; she spent years travelling and at times making a home in the likes of Australia, South America, Italy and Spain. Travel with the feeling of freedom opened her eyes to different cultures, remote destinations, ancient sites and the spiritual traditions that connected them.

As her interest in spirituality grew, Claire began exploring shamanic traditions alongside other trainings and practices. She was also drawn to the psychological side of healing, undertaking a year’s study of psychodynamic psychotherapy and counselling and later completing a two-year diploma to become an accredited sound therapist.

During her sound bath sessions, Claire combines meditation and breath work with instruments such as gongs, drums, and crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. She creates a welcoming space where people can pause, listen and experience sound in a relaxed, safe environment.

However, her spiritual practice extends beyond her group sessions. Through her years with the Evolution One community, she has regularly undertaken training to develop a deeper consciousness and strengthen her alignment and connection to the sacred. Being deeply passionate about Earth/ Energy work, she remains proud and committed to her ongoing responsibility as a Pillar of Light and Earth Keeper in world service.

Sound has always been central to Claire’s life. She has been an international DJ / producer for over 15 years. She has performed for thousands around the world and released several club tracks in this time. She feels privileged to have seen the beautiful responses of joy and happiness that sound and frequency have brought to so many.

Alongside Etheric Sound, Claire works in a part-time role in education, supporting children and young people in schools. It has given her valuable insight into the school system, learning and classroom environments. This is one of her most rewarding roles to date.

During her formative years, she competed for nearly 10 years in various athletic disciplines. The pinnacle was representing Great Britain as a junior athlete, racing over 400m and 400m hurdles. Referencing this background she feels she has a lot to offer young people… by sharing what sport gave her: confidence, focus and a sense of purpose. It is also a positive way to channel energy.
