Sound Healing And Energy Work

Claire’s true life journey began at the age of 18 when she left to travel through India alone with nothing but a backpack. Her future travels would take her to live in Australia, South America, Italy and Spain, experiencing different cultures and knowing real freedom. A connection with remote destinations and ancient sites sparked much interest in spirituality and to question what else is out there.

With a growing interest in both spiritual and psychological approaches to healing, Claire began exploring shamanic traditions alongside other spiritual practices. From here she pursued a strong foundation in psychological work completing a year’s training in psychodynamic psychotherapy with counselling (WPF therapy). She trained within the Mikao Usui lineage of Reiki with Davinder Kaur and later under took a further 2 years of study receiving a diploma in sound healing therapy form The Sound Healing Academy (SHA).

Claire has also spent several years as a member of the Evolution One community, undertaking multiple trainings to expand the development of her consciousness and energetic capacity. Using these techniques she regularly works at sacred sites to realign disrupted frequencies that cross the Earth’s energetic grid. She remains proud and committed to her ongoing role as an Earth Keeper in service.

With the integration of bio tuning alongside these powerful modalities, Claire has developed a clear and structured healing approach to her sound bath sessions. She works with several instruments, they include gongs, drums, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and tuning forks and often includes meditation and breath work in her group practices.

Having a musical background she has over 15 years experience as an international Dj & producer. In this time she has brought positive energy in the way of music to many thousands of people. Playing at high profile events in every continent of the world she feels privileged to have seen the beautiful responses of joy and happiness that sound and frequency have brought to so many. Along with this she competed for near to 10 years during her formative years in various athletic disciplines. The pinnacle was representing Great Britain as a junior athlete over 400m and 400m hurdles.

Her main take from her experiences, wherever we may be in the world people are just people seeking happiness and fulfilment from life, positivity and universal energy are a major aspect of this. Her wish is to share balance and wellness with all individuals using sound and energy practices.
